I. Website Maintenance Website maintenance will be defined as any addition, edition or deletion of any HTML coding, graphics and/or cgi scripting on your website. Website maintenance also includes the uploading and manipulation of such files to its server. On "Per Update" plans, maintenance is billed on an hourly rate of $60, for a 1 hour minimum, for any form of maintenance. No third party is permitted to make any changes whatsoever to the HTML coding, graphics and/or cgi scripting to this website. I agree to allow only RonJon WebCreations to perform maintenance to this website. II. Website Exclusivity I agree to use the website provided by RonJon WebCreations exclusively and as its primary publicly accessed website. I also agree to refrain from creating, uploading and maintaining any other public website dealing with similar content as is offered in the primary website. III. Ownership All HTML coding, graphics and cgi scripting associated with and comprising this website are the sole property of RonJon WebCreations, West Palm Beach, FL and no part of which may be copied, re-printed or hosted elsewhere without specific permission of RonJon WebCreations. Web hosting accounts and renewals (and shopping cart system accounts, if applicable) are to be paid by the client via credit card when due and are not the responsibilities of RonJon WebCreations. IV. Hosting RonJon WebCreations retains exclusive rights as to where this website is hosted on the Internet and will avidly seek out the most cost-effective online hosting company ensuring it provides the necessary features and components to run the software associated with the website. All RonJon WebCreations websites are hosted by Seanic.net which includes their Standard Linux Hosting Package and the annual renewal of your domain name for $46.99/year. We setup your hosting account for you and you will be billed directly by Seanic.net each year on your credit card for renewal. It is not RonJon WebCreation's responsibility to remind clients to renew or maintain remotely hosted services for them. V. Sites With eCommerce All RonJon WebCreations eCommerce websites use the e-Junkie shopping cart system which is hosted remotely on their servers. You will be billed directly by e-Junkie each month on your credit card to maintain this service. It is not RonJon WebCreation's responsibility to remind clients to renew or maintain remotely hosted services for them. VI. Maintenance Costs and Billing Depending on the maintenance plan I choose, I agree that payments of these plans be paid in-full on or before the previous website maintenance plan has expired. RonJon WebCreations will provide and send out a "maintenance expiration reminder letter" approximately thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current term. RonJon WebCreations will then provide and send out a billing invoice for the next term approximately ten (10) days afterwards. Should I not respond to the invoice by a specific date noted on the invoice, it will be assumed that I no longer want to continue with the current website and all maintenance will be suspended on the last day of the current term. RonJon WebCreations will then terminate this website six (6) days later unless payment in-full is received for the new term within those six (6) days. RonJon WebCreations reserves the right to implement reasonable website maintenance term cost increases on a basis determined by current needs and trends. VII. Termination This website maintenance contract may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of RonJon WebCreations without any refund of the balance of the current website maintenance term. However, I may only terminate its affiliation with RonJon WebCreations at the end of a website maintenance term.
