Maintaining Your New Website

A Website is only as useful as the most current information that it contains. That's why website maintenance is so important. It keeps your site current and fresh.

Maintaining your new site consists of any type of update, change or addition that you make to it, then uploading it to the server as soon as possible. You simply get your updates in order, e-mail them to us via a customized online Website Update form page, then we make the technical changes to the site and upload them for you.

Updates are accepted via your online Website Update page, verbally or via email.

Along with the cost of your initial site is included 3 months of unlimited maintenance. This means that you can make as many changes, updates or additions to your site during this period as you want. Thereafter, you have a choice of Maintenance Plans from which to choose, or you may take control of your site at that time yourself and do all future updates on your own. After the first 3-month period your site will be available for you to download to your own computer if you wish not to have us maintain it for you any longer.

 

Website Maintenance Plans 
(Effective September 1, 2009)

Per-Update Plan
This plan charges your Website Maintenance Account at a rate of $60.00 per update submitted via your online Website Update page, verbally or via email. This plan does not cover complete or partial website designs or re-designs or shopping cart installations. These are billed separately.

3-Month Plan
This plan charges your Website Maintenance Account at a rate of $705.00 every three months ($235.00 per month) for unlimited updates to your website during this period. This plan does not cover complete or partial website designs or re-designs or shopping cart installations. These are billed separately.

6-Month Plan
This plan charges your Website Maintenance Account at a rate of $1230.00 every six months ($205.00 per month) for unlimited updates to your website during this period. This plan does not cover complete or partial website designs or re-designs or shopping cart installations. These are billed separately.
